how do i write this ummmmm i really love rpgmaker games and have since 2019... they are very special to me because (often*) they are good... the first rpgmaker game i ever played was pom gets wifi in 2018, but it wasn't until i played yume nikki and then off in 2019 when i started wanting to get into the genre as a whole. a while after those two i played so much more... my current favorite rpgmaker games are ghost suburb ii and black souls series, but i decided to make this page off-themed just for the sake of it. i don't really want to talk about my phases with rpgmaker games for the sake of privacy but i have cycled through a few favorites throughout the years. my favorite rpgmaker game characters of all time are okay (ghost suburb ii), gertrud (ghost suburb ii), sabitsuki (.flow), jozlyn (home off fangame), buddy armstrong (lisa the painful/joyful), somsnosa (hylics), elma (black souls), miranda (black souls), catherine (black souls), victoria (black souls), and mabel (black souls ii), .. (i like many black souls characters as you can tell)

i have played over 60 rpgmaker games, but am a bit picky with favorites (i have a list, been keeping track for around two years)

* = really the only rpgmaker games i dislike are witch's heart, to the moon, and charon games orz.... witch's heart is for a more petty reason, to the moon i thought was too boring, but as for charon games i genuinely believe they are extremely shallow and lifeless... lololol

additionally yume nikki is extremely cool to me because of the incorporation of ancient indigenous art, specifically the peruvian civilizations of the nazcas and paracas. i really love art like that so for a game's whole motif to be featured around that is super awesome to me...
