cookie☆ is a community/subculture of memes that spawned out of a very bad touhou project voice drama, "marisa and alice's cookie kiss". cookie☆ was formed because so many people made fun of it that it became a whole internet subculture. i am really bad at explaining this so if you want more info, look at the english cookie☆ wiki. MGR姉貴 (meguru sister) is the girl with the hat featured on this page, she is a cookie☆ character, and my favorite from it ever.
